  • Supporting PP communications work which, through development education, campaigning, advocacy and fundraising activities, creates opportunities to influence the way people worldwide think and act
  • Ability and willingness to proactively engage with volunteers

  • Organisations where the contribution of each person is valued and rewarded irrespective of class, gender or ethnicity
  • Organisations which seek to involve the people for whom they are working in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their work
  • Organisations which, both in structure and in practice, demonstrate transparency and accountability for their activities, particularly to the poor and marginalised for whom they are working.
